Mr. Wesighan graduated from Florida State University in 1980 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 1982. He was an Assistant State Attorny in Orange County, Florida for three years. He practices primarily in the area of Workers' Compensation defense and Specialty Disability Trust Fund cases. Mr. Wesighan is certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the Florida Bar.
