Terms |
Cash required with order if credit not established. After credit approval, NET 30 Days. We offer a 5% discount within 10 days of invoice. If you elect not to take advantage of the discount, payment in full must be remitted within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 1.5% interest late charge on invoices over 30 days. Prices subject to change without notice. |

Non-Warranty |
We give no warranty expressed or implied. The purchaser assumes all risk and responsibilty of transportation, growth planting life of stock, or any other matter of any stock we sell. We send our good stock, carefully grown and packed, but cannot control conditions after it leaves out care. We exercise the utmost care to keep out stock true to name and are willing to replace, on proper proof, any stock that may prove otherwise, or refund the amountpaid to us for such stock. It is mutually agreed that we shall not at any time be liable for any greater amount (i.e., labor, pots and soil are not covered). |
